When I was doing my teaching practice, I found that nearly all teachers were concerned with how to control students’ behaviors. The y were often confused with such questions:
— How can this child/group behavior be changed?
— Should I punish this behavior?
— Should I ignore this behavior?
— Should I discuss this behavior with the individual?
— Will this intervention work?
— Will it hurt or harm the child?
